The Splatsin Ombusdman Program is established to provide a confidential, independent, impartial, and accessible dispute resolution service for both employees and citizens of Splatsin. The program aims to foster a climate of transparency and fairness within the community by addressing and resolving complaints and concerns in a constructive manner.

Objectives:

  • To provide assistance in the resolution of conflicts and grievances.
  • To promote and facilitate fair and equitable treatment within the community.
  • To enhance communication between Splatsin citizens, employees, and the administration.
  • To identify systemic issues within Splatsin governance and recommend improvements.

Purpose: 
This Ombudsman Program provides a confidential, impartial, and independent channel for raising concerns, seeking guidance, and resolving conflicts.
Scope:  This Program applies to all complaints or concerns related to the administrative actions and decisions affecting the rights of the employees and citizens of Splatsin. It does not cover personal disputes between individuals that do not involve organizations policies or practices.
